U.S. Shipping

Alaska / Hawaii - While we can ship packages to Alaska and Hawaii with Expedited shipping methods (2-Day, 1-Day) they are not always guaranteed by UPS / USPS based on the final destination and there could be a delay of 1 business days.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

International customers may be subject to customs processing, fees, taxes, duties and additional charges prior to delivery. Please be prepared to pay these fees (if any) when contacted by the carrier. Extreme Meters is not responsible for any customs fees.

Returns:

Submit a return request:

We are happy to accept returned unused, as-new products within 45 days of the date your item reached its final shipping destination.
  • Within 45 days of your items delivery date, click the profile icon in the store's navigation, log in and then request a return.

Here is how to submit a return request:

  • Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
