US State Sales Tax
Our secure checkout: Unlike marketplace facilitators such as Amazon and eBay, our store collects and remits sales tax solely on orders shipping to Pennsylvania, where we have established nexus.
Shop app: The shop app has recently started collecting state sales tax as it is now seen as a marketplace facilitator. If you are outside PA and do not want to have sales tax collected at checkout, please use our standard store checkout.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees
International customers (outside of the USA) may be subject to customs processing, fees, taxes, duties and additional charges prior to delivery. Please be prepared to pay these fees when contacted by the carrier.
Returns:
Submit a return request:
We are happy to accept returned unused, as-new products within 45 days of the date your item reached its final shipping destination.
- Within 45 days of your items delivery date, click the profile icon in the store's navigation, log in and then request a return.
Here is how to submit a return request:
- Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
