US State Sales Tax

Currently, we are only responsible for collecting and remitting state sales tax in Pennsylvania, as we do not have a nexus in any other state. As a result, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to Pennsylvania.

Alaska / Hawaii - While we can ship packages to Alaska and Hawaii with Expedited shipping methods (2-Day, 1-Day) they are not always guaranteed by UPS / USPS based on the final destination and there could be a delay of 1 business days. Free Expedited shipping does not include Alaska or Hawaii. We hope you understand.

We now offer FREE international express shipping to select countries on orders of $500 USD (or the equivalent in your currency), along with economical express shipping to all other countries. The eligible countries include for FREE shipping at this time are:

Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia. 

Free international shipping includes both shipping and insurance costs. However, it does not cover any government-imposed customs duties or taxes.

**The FREE shipping discount will not appear in the cart's shipping calculator, but will be applied at checkout.**

Unfortunately, there are some countries where shipping costs are too high for us to offer free shipping. However, if your country isn’t on the list, you can still enjoy our discounted shipping rates. If you think your country might be eligible for free shipping, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know!

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

International customers (outside of the USA) may be subject to customs processing, fees, taxes, duties and additional charges prior to delivery. Please be prepared to pay these fees when contacted by the carrier.

Submit a return request:

We are happy to accept returned unused, as-new products within 45 days of the date your item reached its final shipping destination.

• Within 45 days of your items delivery date, click the profile icon in the store's navigation, log in and then request a return.

Here is how to submit a return request:

• Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
• In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
• Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
• Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
• If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
• Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
• Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
